Hi! I’m Megan. And I know what it means, firsthand, to contend and conquer the ever-changing demands of both one’s professional and personal worlds. From early in my Pharmacy career, I have thrived as a high achiever. For me personally, continued growth is a way of life. Tackling challenges and winning within new ventures has my name written all over it. I am crazy about the high energy and thrill of succeeding personally! Taking a project, or a team, from the ground up or better yet underdog status, and rocking it all the way to the top in record time is absolutely my vibe.
But… what gets me even more excited? It’s helping others do the same… especially, when they weren’t sure it was possible. I’m told I’m honest, upfront and can see potential in others even when they can’t see it themselves. Clients have shared that my positive energy and encouraging communication, always has them ready to step up and take action.
After successfully freelancing casually as a career coach and resume writer for years, I felt a calling in February of 2018 to build a business model around my services, reaching more people across more industries with more of my time. With a strong understanding of personal branding and a background in sales and business operations, I knew the value I wanted to communicate to future clients.
I wanted to convey to future clients that they have the ability to conquer career goals, while also prioritizing their personal values. And so, CONQUER Career Consulting was born. One year later, it is a thriving 6-figure coaching business that not only fills my schedule, but also my heart daily. My passion for helping others achieve their career and business goals is greater than ever.
Prior to shifting into Career Coaching and Business Consulting full-time, I also provided health coaching as a National Marketing Director with the Juice Plus Company. Sixteen months after joining casually as a sales representative, I recognized the potential to run with it and achieved the top level within the company, leading a team of 250+ sales professionals, and providing small group personal development coaching and mainstage (250-1000 attendees) training presentations.
Before leaving the Pharmacy Industry in 2017, I served as a senior clinical consultant for a leading pharmacy benefits manager, managing large-scale projects focused on reducing medical costs in the Medicare population, presenting offerings to high profile clients through virtual presentations. Prior to my role as a clinical consultant, my roles included team leadership, process improvement, and national clinical program management. As a team leader, I led groups from start-up infancy to quickly becoming high functioning, highly competitive teams. As a mentor and people leader, I provided performance, development, and career coaching.
